About the xTx Trailhead Talks
At least once a quarter Charlie and Laura give updates on the trail, host listening sessions in the rural communities we’re partnering with as Trailhead Towns, as well as informative conversations with experts in the various aspects of successful trail development.
Topics include everything from digital mapping (think Ride with GPS, FarOut); successful Trailhead Town development (lessons from those excelling at it, how to apply for available grant funding, telling your communities unique history well); how to best engage the various special interest groups interested in trails (i.e. hikers, cyclists, equestrians, trail angels), and more.
Online events: Hosted during the lunch hour via Zoom these are 45-minutes total. They’re the perfect lunch and learn for busy people!
Live events: These are 2-hour events and can include an array of presentation styles (short talks, discussion panels, or learning sessions), and include the chance to mix and mingle with the xTx staff, founder, board, and volunteers.

Supporting Sponsor: $500 per year
Your name or logo on our xTx Trailhead Talks page for one year + inclusion in 1 of our monthly appreciation posts shared on both Instagram (4.5k+ followers) and FB (698 followers).
Supporting Sponsor: $1,000 per year
Previous benefits + your name shared in our monthly email newsletter to our 2.1k+ subscribers.
Supporting Sponsor: $1,500 per year
Previous benefits + your logo in a hyperlinked banner shared in our monthly email newsletter to our 2.1k+ subscribers.
Virtual Event Sponsor: $2,500 per event
Previous supporting benefits + your name or logo incorporated into the digital promotional materials for the event as the event sponsor (including multiple Instagram/FB posts) + your name or logo shared as the sponsor during the Zoom presentation.
In Person Event Sponsor: $5,000 per event
Previous supporting benefits + your name or logo incorporated into the digital and print promotional materials for the event as the event sponsor (including multiple Instagram/FB posts) + your name or logo shared in signage at the event as the sponsor + your name/organization thanked during the event and an opportunity to say a few words + your name included in the press release and proactive media outreach as the sponsor.
Annual Title Sponsor: $10,000 per year
